Refund & Cancellation Policy – Moviby

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) describes the rules applicable to payments, subscriptions, cancellations and possible refunds made on the Moviby platform.

By using Moviby and making a payment, you fully accept the terms described below.


1. Nature of service

Moviby is a platform allowing access to links to audiovisual content hosted on third-party platforms.

⚠️ Important:

  • Moviby does not store or host any video content.
  • Access to the service is provided immediately after payment confirmation.

Due to the digital and instant nature of the service, specific refund rules apply.


2. Refund Policy
❌ No standard reimbursement

Unless otherwise required by law, all payments made on Moviby are final and non-refundable once access is activated.

This includes in particular:

  • one-week subscriptions;
  • two-week subscriptions;
  • monthly subscriptions.

✅ Exceptional cases

A refund can only be considered in the following situations:

  • payment debited but access not activated after verification;
  • proven technical error attributable exclusively to Moviby;
  • double payment for the same subscription.

In these cases, Moviby reserves the right to:

  • extend the access duration;
  • or make a partial or total refund, depending on the situation.

3. Cancellation of subscription
🔕 Cancellation by user

The user can decide to not renew or to stop using the service at any time.

⚠️ However:

  • no cancellation entitles you to a refund;
  • access remains valid until the end of the paid period.

🔒 Cancellation by Moviby

Moviby reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription without refund in the event of:

  • violation of the Terms and Conditions;
  • fraudulent or abusive use;
  • legal obligation or judicial decision.

4. Third-party platform issues

Moviby is not responsible:

  • the unavailability of third-party content;
  • the removal of a link by a third-party platform;
  • geographic restrictions imposed by third-party services.

These situations do not constitute grounds for reimbursement.


5. Application procedure

Any request related to a payment must be sent to support within a maximum of 48 hours after the transaction.

The request must contain:

  • the transaction identifier;
  • the date and amount of payment;
  • a clear description of the problem;
  • proof of payment (if applicable).

6. Processing times

Requests are processed within 24 to 72 business hours.

If a refund is granted, the processing time will depend on the payment provider used (e.g. MonCash).


7. Policy Change

Moviby reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

It is up to the user to consult this page regularly.
